Recently Telangana Chief Minister K.K. Chandrasekhar Rao has launched a single platform Dharani Portal containing all land records, this online portal combines land registration and administration services, which act as a single source for land parcels and discharge land related functions in an effective manner.

Dharani Portal is an Integrated Land Record Management System. Records of about 1 Crore 45 thousand acres of Telangana state will be made available online by the state government in this Dharani Portal.

How to sign up on Dharani Portal?

Follow the below steps to sign up on Dharani Portal:-
  • Click on the "Sign Up" button that appears on the homepage.
  • Enter name, mobile number and email id and personal details like state, district, Village, pin code etc.
  • Select "Get OTP" to verify the mobile number and click on "Register" , in this way your registration will be completed on Dharani Portal.


Online Land Valuation Process:-



  • On the homepage of the website, click on the "Login" button. A popup like page will be open in front you.
  • Select the User type as "Citizen" from dropdown menu.
  • Enter the user name and password and fill the captcha code in the desired space and click on Login button.
  • You will be redirected on new page, click on "New Request" button.
  • You will see "Land Valuation Certificate" link on the screen, click on that link.
  • A new page will open, enter the information asked like District, Mandal, Village, Khata No/Survey No/Pattadar Name and click on the "Get Details" button.
  • A list of land available under that Survey No/Khata No/Pattadar Name will be displayed.
  • Select the land and click on "Get Certificates" button.
  • A form will displayed on your screen, fill the form and pay the fee for certificate.
