• Visit the official website of HRMS Odisha Portal.
• You will find the Personal Login/HRMS Login option in the top right corner of the desktop screen.
• Choose the "Personal/HRMS Login" option. You will be redirected to the login page. Click the "Forgot Password" option at the end of the screen.
• This will bring you to a pop-up menu with three empty fields:-

                      1) 10-digit Mobile Number :- Fill your mobile number registered in the government database.

                      2) Date of Birth :- As mentioned and recorded in your service book.

                      3) Finally, a captcha code needs to be interpreted and entered for quick verification.

• Click on "Submit" button to complete the process.

Once your entered information verified, the user id will be sent to the registered mobile number. You can use this to create a new password.

How to Register Mobile Number on HRMS Odisha Portal?

• Visit the official website of the HRMS Odisha Portal.
• Find the option of e-service for employees from the menu.
• Select the option and click on "Register" button.
• You will be redirected to page where you have to enter the details. There you can enter your mobile number for registration.
• You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number. Enter OTP on the given space.
• Click "Save" to create your accout.

How to download Payslip on HRMS Odisha Portal?

• Visit the official website of HRMS Odisha Portal.
• Find the "Login" button and click on it to continue the process.
• On the required tab, fill in your user Id, password and other details.
• Click on the "Login" tab.You will be redirected to a new page called "My Profile Page".
• Click the "Request" button to find your payment.
• The website will open a separate payment page where you can click "Proceed" to avail your monthly HRMS Payment.
• For the Payslip, you have to enter the month and year of the payslip in the required tab.
• Once done, Payslip will appears on your screen, click on the download button to download the file.
