SSMMS | SSMMS Portal | TS Sand Booking Online

Sand Booking has now become an easy task in Telangana State. Customers can now register, book orders, track orders and other items related to sand management with just one click. They no longer have to physically visit the office as the Online sand booking option is now available.

SSMMS (Sand Sales Management and Monitoring System) is an online portal launched by the Telangana state government to monitor and manage sand sales in the state. The Portal also helped to remove third parties involved in the sales process, prevent exploitation of rivers and the environment and increase the government income. SSMMS also ensures that customers get good quality of sand.

• Daily updates of Orders, Booked Quantity, Available Quantity.

How to register in TS SSMMS Portal :-

• Visit the official website of SSMMS Portal and click on "Registration" link on main menu.

• Clicking on "Registration" will show a dropdown list. You have to select the "Customer Registration" option from the dropdown list.

• Customer Registration Step 1 will appear. You have to enter your mobile number in the space provided and click on "Send OTP" option. An OTP will be sent to your mobile number. A dialog box will appear for OTP confirmation, enter the OTP there sent to your mobile number.

• Once you submit the OTP, a verification message will appear on the screen.
• After confirmation of the OTP, the Step 2 i.e Registration Form will appear. In this form, you have to fill the information of customers like district, Village, House number, Email Id, Identity Proof information etc.
• After filling all the information, click on the "Register" button.
• After this, you will be successfully registered.

How to Book Sand Online Via SSMMS Portal:-

• Visit the official website of SSMMS Portal.
• On the homepage, click on the "Sand Booking" option.
• Candidates/Customers are required to enter valid login details such as User name, Password and then click on "Login" button.
• Now you have to select your district from the dropdown menu.
• After selecting "District", you have to select the "Stockyard" button.
• Now, you have to enter all the required information in the fields provided. After filling all the details, click on the "Register" button.
• A confirmation window will appear and you will need to click "Ok" to proceed. After booking the sand, a new window will be displayed. You should get booking number for future references.
• Finally, you have to click on the "Get Receipt" button to download and print the same.

How to track Sand Booking Order?

• Visit the official website.
• Click on "Tracking" tab on the portal's homepage.
• Select the "Track Your Order" option from the dropdown list.
• Enter the Order Id and click on the "Get Status" option.
• Finally, the status of all undivided commands will appear.

TS Sand Vehicle Registration :-

SSMMS also provides Vehicle registration service. If you have a vehicle (Tractor/Lorry) and you want it to be registered with the SSMMS Portal for transporting sand, you can do the same. The entire process of Vehicle registration is as follows:-

• Visit the official website.
• Click on the "Registration" tab on the homepage.
• Click on "Vehicle Registration" option.
• The Vehicle Registration form will display on your screen.
• Enter all the information asked, Vehicle Number, RC Details, Address, Engine Number etc. Click on "Register" button.
• Finally, your application for vehicle registration will be submitted.
• On successful registration, you will receive a registration number, keep it safe for future references.
