If you want to know about the payment of IFHRMS then follow the below steps :-
- First go to the IFHRMS Login page i.e www.karuvoolam.tn.gov.in.
- Then click on the login form which is in the right side of the menu.
- Now enter your IFHRMS user manual Id.
- Enter your password now.
- Click on the blue button.
- If in case you have forgotten your password, click on the Forgot Password menu and then enter your mobile number, you will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number, enter the OTP on given place. After this create your password.
Once you click on Blue Button, you can login on the IFHRMS Excel Setting Portal. If you have any problems related to Login Id and Password, you can contact on the Helpline Number.

IFHRMS home services related services can be availed on the IFHRMS Portal. This official portal is very important due to availing this facility. The name of the head departments under this portal are given below:-
- Small Savings Account
- Local Fund Audit
- Pension
- Funds and Accouts
- Government Data Center
- Cooperative Audit
- State Chief Auditor of Statutory Boards.
How to check your IFHRMS Payslip or Pay Bill?
- Visit the official website of Finance Department of Tamil Nadu State Government (karuvoolam.tn.gov.in)
- Click on the "Sign In" option at the top of the website and enter the User Id and Password.
- Now you will click on the IFHRMS folder from the 4 different folders on the page you have opened.
- Now you will see 2 folders here namely Human Resources and Finance . Click on Finance as you have to check your Salary Bill.
- From the various domains available on the next page, select DDO Master.
- Now choose "Pay Bill Group"from the various options available in the DDO Master Domain. Now click on the create option.
- There will be some fields like Bill Group Name, Post Type (Permanent or Temporary), Account Code, Which you will have to fill without any mistake. Now click on the review option, and then submit your application.
- When done, choose Payroll Domain at the top of the page and search. Select your Job with the employee number. Click on Add/Update Bill group option. You will receive a confirmation of your request with a request number. Now wait for the output of your request and you will have your information.
