Under the Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, the Government of India gives Rs 6,000 per year to all farmers.

If you have applied for PM Kisan Yojana and have not yet received money in your account, then you must check why money is not deposited? But before that, know what is the process of getting the money of this scheme in your account and when your money comes?


Process of Getting Money from PM Kisan Yojana:-

After applying for the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, the application first goes to the farmer advisor. After this, goes to the Zonal Officer.

It will take 2-3 days to verify your application then it will be forwarded to the District Officer and it is again verified there.

After that application is sent to the Department of Agriculture, Government of India. If there is any error in the application, then it will be rejected/cancelled.


How to check PM Kisan Payment Status?

  • Visit the official website of PM-Kisan i.e www.pmkisan.gov.in. You have to click on the "Beneficiary Status" in the Farmers corner section on the left.


  • Once you click on Beneficiary Status, a page will open in front of you, where you will be able to check your PM Kisan Payment Status through your Aadhaar Number, Account Number and Mobile Number.

 

  • Next, you have to tick the mobile number column and put your mobile number in the box below and click on  Get Data.


Note - If you have an Aadhaar Number available, you can check it through Aadhaar Card itself, otherwise you can go with Mobile Number or Account Number as well.

  • After entering the Mobile Number and clicking on Get Data, all your details will come in front of you.

Just below that, you will also get to see PM Kisan Payment Status, how much installment has come in your account.



What does FTO mean in PM Kisan Payment Status?

When you check PM Kisan Beneficiary Status, you often see the status "FTO Generated and Payment Confirmation is Pending"

So you must think what is the meaning of FTO Generated and how much time does it take for PM Kisan money to come.

The full form of FTO is Fund Transfer Order, that is, the order has been placed for sending money by the government, the payment is yet to be confirmed.

In case of FTO Generated.... money comes to your account within 2-3 weeks.


What does RFT mean in PM Kisan Payment Status?

Sometimes on PM Kisan Status Check, the Status of RFT is signed by State for Installment.

Request Fund Transfer is the full form of RFT. That is, your state government has requested to send money to the central government.
