E Grantz 3.0 Scholarship | Registration and Login | egrantz.kerala.gov.in

The E Grantz 3.0 portal was launched by the Department of Backward Community Development of the Government of Kerala, so that they can give scholarships to the students who are getting difficulty for quality education. This portal allows students belonging to reserved categories to apply for the scholarship available online at the post-matriculation level.

The main benefit of the scholarship scheme will be provided to the students who belong to Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes or Other Backward Castes in this economic system. Students who are not able to get a really good life due to lack of education can avail this scholarship launched by the Government of Kerala. Many of the benefits provided in this scheme will be helpful for all students in the long run.

Eligibility Criteria:-

• Academic Qualification :- Student should study at the post-matriculation level from recognized university or board.
• Domicile:- Must be a permanent resident of Kerala.
• Categories :- Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes and other economically backward Communities.
• Income Criteria :-  1) For students belonging to SC and OEC, there is no Income limit. 2) For OBC Category, Income limit is INR 2 Lakh per year for +2 courses degree, PG and Vocational courses. 3) For Other Categories students, Income limit is INR 1 Lakh for +2 courses degree, PG and Vocational courses.
• Courses Eligible :- Diploma, Degree, Doctoral, Higher Secondary, Polytechnic, Post Graduate, Professional and VHSE Courses. 

E Grantz 3.0 - Application/Registration Procedure:-

• Visit the official website of E Grantz 3.0.

• On the homepage, click on "One Time Registration" option. Once click, you will be redirected to below page.

• You have to enter your Aadhaar Card Number and your name as per Aadhaar Card.
• Now click on the option "Validate Aadhaar".
• Now on the new page, you have to enter your mobile number and personal details.
• Finally, click on the button "Register". Once click, credentials will be displayed on your screen.
• After successful registration, students must log in to the user dashboard using the email Id and Password.

• After successful Login, students are required to complete their Profile. Fill all the required details mentioned in the Five sections, basic details, bank details, upload details and Institution details.

• After completing the Profile section, Students have to click on "Apply for Scholarship - Post Matric". 
• A list of scholarships for which students are eligible to apply will appear.
• Select the scholarship you wish to apply for and start the application, fill all the required details and upload all supporting documents.
• Finally, submit the application form.

Track the Application Status:-

• Visit the official website.
• On the homepage, click on "Track Application" option. You will be redirected to below page.

• Enter the information asked i.e Aadhaar Card Number and Date of Birth.
• Click on "Track Application" button, you will have your application status on your screen.
