  • In this form, you have to enter the details asked like - User Id, Account Number, DOB, Branch Code, Email Id etc. and click on the button of "Next". After this a new page will open.
  • On this page you have to confirm the New Password by entering it.
  • The users will then be displayed with two security questions for future reference. The user has to remember those questions/answers, so that if he forgets his password then he can use them to reset the password.
  • Now a link will be sent to your email Id. After this, you have to click on the link through which the user is redirecting to the login page of the SBI Pension Seva Portal.
