SAMAGRA ID, How to apply for Samagra Id, List Status

Just as it is mandatory for every Indian to have an Aadhaar Card, in the same way, Citizens of Madhya Pradesh must have a Id called Samagra Id. A Samagra Id is a type of Id given by Government of Madhya Pradesh to the citizens of their state.With the help of this Id, citizens of Madhya Pradesh can easily take advantage of the schemes run by the State Government. Also, with the help of this Id, the data of the citizens has been recorded with the government of this state.

There is basically 2 types of Samagra Id :- One is Family Samagra Id and Other one is for Individual Member i.e each and every member of family have his/her separate Samagra Id.

Samagra Id allocated to Family is of 8 digits however for Individual members, it is of 9 digits.


Benefits of Samagra Id:-

  • With the help of this Id, State Government has the data of every citizen of their State. With this data, the information about who is eligible for the schemes run by the government of the state (MP) and who is not, is available with the government and due to this benefit of the scheme is given to the people who deserve or eligible for that.
  • Because of this Id, transparency has been seen in the state government schemes and benefits of the schemes are being easily extended to the right people.
  • If a scheme is run in this state, there is no need for the beneficiary to get himself registered, because their registration already exists in the Samagra Portal.

Documents Required for Samagra Id Registration :-
  • Identity Proof - Voter Id Card, Aadhaar Card, Ration Card etc.
  • Address Proof - Electricity Bill, Water Bill, Residence proof/certificate.
  • Passport Size Photo.
  • Mobile Number.

Samagra Id Registration Process:-

Any citizen of Madhya Pradesh who has not yet received his unique Samagra Id can easily register himself by following below steps:-

  • One need to visit the official website of Samagra Samajik Suraksha Mission
  • When you scroll down on the home page of the official website, you have to select the option "Register Family" in the Samagra Citizen (Nagrik) Seva column.
  • Now a form will open in front of you, this form will be divided in to three parts :- 
                   1) In first section, you have to provide your residential information such as                               district, Zone, Colony, Village etc.
                   2) In second section, information about the head of the family such as name ,                         employment, mobile number etc.
                   3) In third section, you have to upload all your required documents.



  • Now fill the Captcha Code given in the picture and click on "Register Application" Button to complete the procedure.


Search Samagra Family and Member Id's:-



  • Visit the official website  of SSSM Id.
  • On the homepage of this website, you have to click on the option "Know the entire Family and Member Id". After this, a new page will open in front of you.
  • As per the options given on this page, you have to choose one option after which a new page will open in front of you.
  • On this page , you have to fill the required information and submit the required documents. Now you will be able to find SSSM Family and Member Ids.

How to update Samagra Profile?
  • First of all you have to visit the official website of SSSM Id.
  • On the home page, you have to click on the option "Update Samagra Profile" under the section "Samagra Nagrik Seva". After this , you can update the following options:-
                   1) Date Of Birth
                   2) Name Upadate
                   3) Gender Update
                   4) Request Family Migration.
                   5) Identify Duplicate Members.
                   6) Identify Duplicate Families.
                   7) Search Member Request.
                   8) Search Family Request


Samagra Id Card Print :-
  • Visit the official website of SSSM Id.
  • On the homepage, you have to click on the option "Print the Samagra Card" under the section "Samagra Nagrik Seva" . After this a form will open in front of you.


  • Enter the Samagra Id and Captcha Code and click on "View" button.
  • Now the Samagra Card will be displayed in front of you, which you can print it.
